1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rezeki44 ("rezeki44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rezeki44 website located at rezeki44.club and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the rezeki44 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the rezeki44 Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. rezeki44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rezeki44 Services, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the rezeki44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false or misleading information, including falsifying your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: rezeki44 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid identity documentation (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify rezeki44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account transfer: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights therein to another party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rezeki44 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. rezeki44 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any unverified payment source.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. rezeki44 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• rezeki44 shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to banking system outages or network errors.
• Any fees imposed by third-party payment processors in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player, unless rezeki44 expressly states otherwise in writing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rezeki44 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• rezeki44 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that rezeki44 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to constitute exploitation of a promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unused bonus balance or incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• rezeki44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rezeki44 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any software, robot, spider, scraper, or other automated tool to access, monitor, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to rezeki44 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform in any way.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the rezeki44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of rezeki44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the rezeki44 Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rezeki44, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

rezeki44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, rezeki44's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

rezeki44 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming.
